Wedge Wire Screen Panel is fabricated with precision V-shaped profile wire and support rods, featuring uniform slots, high open area and excellent wear resistance. It offers efficient solid-liquid separation and self-cleaning performance to prevent clogging. We provide custom sizes, slot openings and materials including SS304, 316L, Monel, Inconel and Hastelloy for harsh environments. Widely used in water treatment, mining dewatering, chemical filtration and wastewater processing. Wedge wire flat screens are flat filter surfaces that can be manufactured in two different ways.
- Welded screens: directly made on the flat welding machine
- Flattened slot tube: manufactured by opening and flattening a slot tube with radial external wire
Flat screens can be provided with the necessary frame and/or reinforcements.
Screens can be cut to all sorts of shapes according to the customers requirements. The most common shapes are a filter disc or filter segments to assemble a filter bottom or support grid.
