We provide nickel alloy and stainless steel pipe fittings produced in accordance with ASME B16.9 and ASTM standards. Made from high-quality nickel alloys and stainless steel, these forged fittings offer excellent pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability. Product range includes elbows, tees, reducers, caps, couplings and sockets. Precision forming and strict dimensional control ensure stable performance and easy installation. Suitable for high-pressure fluid pipelines in petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas and energy industries. Custom specifications and special alloy options are available to meet various demanding applications.

Material Standard

Selection Guide

  • Buttweld (B16.9): Preferred for high-pressure nickel alloy (strongest joint)
  • Socket-Weld (B16.11): Small-bore (≤4"), high-pressure, easy field installation
  • Threaded: Low-temperature, non-cyclic, small-bore service
  • Class 3000/6000: Most common for high-pressure process lines
  • SCH 160/XXS: Extreme pressure / temperature

Typical Applications

  • Oil & gas wellheads / flow lines
  • High-pressure reactors (chemical/petrochemical)
  • Power generation (boiler, HP steam)
  • Offshore seawater injection
  • Acid / corrosive HP process lines
