Wedge Wire Vessel Lateral
Wedge Wire Vessel Lateral is designed for liquid distribution, collection and underdrain systems in pressure vessels and filtration equipment. It ensures even flow distribution and prevents media loss with precise slot openings. Manufactured with high-strength V-wire and durable support structure, it offers excellent corrosion and pressure resistance. Materials include SS316L, Monel and other nickel alloys for chemical and water treatment applications. Custom lengths, connections and slot sizes are available. Ideal for ion exchange units, filter vessels and water treatment systems.
Lateral Systems
Lateral spacing, length, diameter and slot opening sizes are based on individual system need.
Slot size 0.002" (0.05mm) and up in 0.0008" (0.02mm) increments and diameter from 1" (25.4mm) and up.
Assemblies are typically made with SS304, SS316L or other exotic alloys are also available.
Connections of the laterals can be threaded fittings, couplings or flanges.
